Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Condor account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Device
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition and clear any personal data, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
